A big team on the road to success
In 2022 we continued on an upward trend in terms of growing the team with people who share the same values and also have skills that helped us deliver 360° Digital Marketing services. We started the year with 20 colleagues, and now we have with us five more people who bring added value to the Digital Marketing business line. With each new colleague that joins our ranks, we gain fresh perspectives, keeping us at the forefront of an ever-evolving industry.
We look forward to continuing our growth and building a dynamic and diverse team that supports our clients' needs and helps them achieve their business objectives through Digital Marketing.
Expanding our services: Introducing three departments
We are happy to announce that in 2022 we brought to life three distinct departments: Media Buying, Creative Solutions, and Digital Strategy. Our goal is to provide a complete package of Digital Marketing services, ensuring our clients have access to all the tools they need for a powerful online presence.
Media - We reach the target audience and hit the right message at the right time. How do we do this? With the help of Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Programmatic, and Direct Media Buying from local websites. Each platform allows our Media specialists to conduct visible campaigns, “playing” with strategies until they exceed each metric.
Creative - We see attractive visuals and messages designed to catch the user's eye. How can we stand out in this context? With the help of a creative team that puts effort into creating out-of-the-box campaigns, with a perfect mix between messages and visuals. We provide services such as Social Media, Video Production, Web & Graphic Design, Search Engine Optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization, Email & Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Content. The outcome? A digital image that stands out from the crowd.
Strategy - We need to ensure we will reach and even exceed business objectives, and we also want to go beyond the borders. We could do this with a well-tough Digital Marketing strategy that increases brand equity by controlling the brand messaging in each market.

Highlighting our notable campaigns
You can consider everything has been made, and now it is hard to stand out of the line with something to be remembered. Yes, it is hard, but not impossible. Let's recall some of our outstanding results from 2022.
24pay - A video-based campaign with gifts for customers. We told their story, and the result was a well-targeted and carefully planned campaign that boosted the conversion rate. We took care of everything from Performance Media to Social Media and Creative design. The campaign was a real success, leading to more app installs and bills paid through 24pay. (This is your sign to open the App Store, Google Play or AppGallery).
OutletMag - Black Friday is a real challenge for all businesses. And we faced this in 2022 too. We were able to plan and implement a highly successful campaign in record time, with skyrocketed sales. Moreover, as a result of a well thought strategy campaign, OutletMag achieved impressive results during the holiday shopping season.
Professional Farmaline - Let's not forget about a campaign with a high health impact driven for Professional Farmaline. Our client supports the future champions and their performance. Keeping this in mind, we illustrated the message in an inspirational and motivational campaign: “Sport helps us grow”. It still raises awareness about the importance of supporting young athletes.
To turn our work into a successful campaign, we consider the clients a part of our team, and we manage to work together and communicate effectively because the final goal is the same for all of us.
Leading the way: Organizing offline events to share our knowledge and expertise
One of the highlights of the past year was our offline events. It is one of the most effective ways to connect with people and convey our messages as effectively as possible. Throughout the year, we organized and hosted three engaging events, each aimed at educating and informing our partners, clients, and industry peers about the latest Digital Marketing trends.
The first event, held in May, focused on the latest trends and strategies in Digital Marketing, with a specific emphasis on how consumer behavior had been affected by the pandemic. Our colleagues discussed the strategies that were resonating with users and shared insights on how to craft effective campaigns based on this data.
In September, we held our second event. Our colleagues Ivona Roșca, Head of Strategy, and Mihăiță Pașcaniuc, Creative Director, discussed the results of the Zitec x Ipsos online ads survey and demonstrated how to turn these insights into successful campaigns for clients. Additionally, Gabriel-Adrian Eremia, Marketing & Product Management Director at Arctic, shared his knowledge on the importance of mobile-first content and transmedia campaigns, as well as newer ideas such as live stream commerce.
In November, Maria Ciumeti, Digital Marketing Strategist, covered some of the hottest topics in Digital Marketing, including the impact of visual and voice searches and AR technology. Andrei Oancea, Google Lead, presented the impact of the transition to Google Analytics 4. We also had the pleasure of having Roxana Alecu, Client Solutions Manager CE at TikTok, as a featured speaker, who gave us a deeper understanding of the platform and shared tips on how to promote new products and enhance brand stories.
We were happy to see how much interest was generated during these events. A big thank you to our speakers for their valuable insights and our guests for making these events a great opportunity to share new ideas and perspectives. We will continue to organize more offline events in the future to share our knowledge and expertise about the latest Digital Marketing trends.
Setting our sights on 2023: Expanding our team, sharing the knowledge, and hosting more offline events
As we look ahead to 2023, we have set ambitious goals for our Digital Marketing team. We are committed to continuing our growth and expansion and being known as one of the best digital agencies in the local market.
Our first goal for the new year is to increase the size of our team. We believe that by adding more talented people to our team, we will be able to better serve our clients and take on even more exciting projects.
We also plan to increase our presence at offline events. We believe that by hosting more events, we will be able to connect with clients and partners and showcase our skills and expertise.
